A group of students from grades 9, 10,11 & 12 embarked on an unforgettable Creativity, Activity, and Service (CAS) trips to London, Prague, Lisbon and Madrid respectively. Immersing themselves in a variety of meaningful experiences that combined community service, cultural exploration, and artistic expression. Over the course of several days, students participated in activities that not only enriched their understanding of the city but also deepened their sense of global responsibility and creativity.
The program of the trip included Creativity experiences like street art workshops, painting on tiles and Activity: like walking tours, drama workshop, dance classes, and finally Service experiences such as cooking and serving a meal for the homeless in Prague and visiting the grannies in Lisbon. While having a full program of activities, the students got a chance as well for sightseeing and visiting important landmarks like Shakespeare house in London and Sintra in Lisbon and of course some time was spared for shopping.
CAS trips are an invaluable part of the IB Diploma Programme, offering students a well-rounded education that extends beyond textbooks and exams. By fostering personal growth, teamwork, experiential learning, cultural awareness, well-being, and career readiness, these trips prepare students to become responsible, knowledgeable, and engaged global citizens. Those trips offered a transformative experience, shaping students into well-rounded individuals ready to take on the world.
